Jean-Paul leads the global sales team at Talent Rover and joined the team in 2018. He has over 15 years of proven experience in global sales, business development, consultative services and has held numerous management and global leadership positions. At Talent Rover, Jean-Paul is tasked with growing market share, supporting the global sales process, and exceeding global sales goals. Originally from the Netherlands, Jean-Paul has also lived in London, Dubai, and the United Arab Emirates. He currently lives in Chicago where he works out of Talent Rover’s global headquarters.
Steve is responsible for customer success at Talent Rover. He currently manages the implementation delivery teams, post sales support, customer success managers, sales operations, sales engineering and information technology at Talent Rover. Previously, Steve was with Salesforce as the Vice President of Commercial Sales. After 10 years with Salesforce, he came to Talent Rover where he puts his extensive 23 years of Enterprise Software experience to work.
Kabe is a recognized leader and experienced in all aspects of Cloud and SaaS strategy. He joined Talent Rover in 2017 bringing over 15 years of comprehensive experience in providing long-term product vision and technical direction, pioneering new business models, and interacting directly with customers at all stages of the sales cycle. He is highly skilled in building and leading high-impact international development teams, enhancing complex solutions, and effectively communicating technical development strategy and influencing customers, staff and executives. At Talent Rover, Kabe leads the technology teams, focuses on enhancing product delivery, and helps to accelerate product innovation.
Bob heads up the Sales team in EMEA. He has had a career in the recruitment industry for over two decades. In that time he has managed both temporary & contract desks and also recruited for high-level executives recruiting senior management & C level plus executives. Since, he has worked with the tech space and has an in-depth understanding of cloud technology. With this valuable insight into the industry, he can offer a very consultative approach to customers helping him understand where Talent Rover can help resolve current issues and also increase the productivity and drive a far greater ROI.
Claire leads Talent Rover's Customer Success team comprising of Customer Support, Internal IT Support, Training and Technical Account Management where she has complete restructured the Customer Success offerings. Claire is passionate about building value for Talent Rover customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience and are successful in using the platform. Claire holds an undergraduate degree from University College Dublin and a Masters Degree in Business from Dublin City University.
Chris is a sales-focused technology executive with expertise envisioning and leading technology-based revenue and growth initiatives. Prior to joining Talent Rover, he served as IT Director for a privately-held healthcare staffing company where he helped architect and lead an initiative to replace all front and back office operations with a Salesforce-based solution. Most recently, Chris served as a Salesforce consultant helping companies design solutions for various revenue-generating business processes. In his current role at Talent Rover, Chris will serve as technical liaison and project manager for our largest global clients.
Michelle joins the team with nearly a decade of experience helping technology and software brands build actionable, consumer-first marketing experiences. She is a seasoned B2B marketer with a deep understanding of how combining creativity, technology, and tactics results in quantifiable business impact. At Talent Rover, Michelle leads the marketing organization and is responsible for the planning, execution, and measurement of all marketing and communication efforts with prospects, clients, and partners.
Chris oversees the strategy and day-to-day operations of the global enterprise sales team. Chris joined Talent Rover in 2017 and brings with him over 16 years of staffing and software experience. During his tenure Chris has worked with hundreds of staffing and recruiting firms evaluating their processes, assessing issues and providing best practice technology solutions. Chris is highly skilled at building and successfully scaling sales organizations, aligning product offerings to industry needs and ultimately delivering the best-fit solutions to our clients.
Viki leads the People Operations function at Talent Rover. Although she has a wide breadth of experience, Viki's focus in this role and her passion is building company culture through focusing on employee relations. Viki came to Talent Rover from a fellow Chicago startup called Raise, where she built the HR department from the ground up and helped the company grow from 10 to 300 employees. Viki received her BA from Northwestern University and her JD from The John Marshall Law School.
Alexa leads Talent Rover’s Finance, Accounting, and Compliance teams here at Talent Rover. She is a passionate financial professional intent on making a difference, one number at a time. Alexa has a strong understanding of the staffing industry as she has held various finance positions for multiple regional staffing firms. Talent Rover marks Alexa’s third time working with TR’s Co-Founder, Kent Gray - a true testament to her ability and dedication. Alexa holds a degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management.
Gouri Shankar Aechoor is the Director of Engineering working in Hyderabad, India. He is responsible for providing leadership and business process vision throughout the development and implementation of the Talent Rover product. His experience building and deploying commercial software across multiple verticals allows him to proactively mitigate problems and improve productivity within his high-performing team of developers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from J. B. Institute of Engineering and Technology at Hyderabad, India, and a Masters degree in Advanced Computer Science from Staffordshire University at Stafford, England.
Greg arrived at Talent Rover after working over seven years at one of the largest, publicly traded, specialized staffing firms in the world. He has a B.A. in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and worked as an auditor at a Big Four Firm prior to starting his career in staffing. Most recently, he was the Director of Strategic Accounts where he was responsible for managing the national partnerships. In his current role, Greg works with some of the largest staffing firms in the world, highlighting the ways Talent Rover will have a dramatic impact on the way they are able to deliver to their clients.
