The Adecco Group Teams Up with Salesforce, Talent Rover and Accenture to Build New Solution for Candidate and Client Engagement
The intelligent front office solution will include Salesforce Einstein artificial intelligence, empowering the Adecco Group's recruiters to identify the best candidates faster.
Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), the global leader in CRM, today announced that the Adecco Group—one of the world’s leading providers of HR solutions—is expanding its use of Salesforce to develop an intelligent front office solution, built in collaboration with Salesforce AppExchange partner Talent Rover.
The new solution will enable the Adecco Group to manage all customer touchpoints in one place, including candidates, recruiters and customers. In addition, it will allow the Adecco Group to closely monitor customers’ demand for talent, and improve the speed, accuracy and flexibility with which it matches candidates to that demand. The solution is built with Salesforce Analytics, Einstein, Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, in addition to Talent Rover—a staffing and recruiting software platform built on the Salesforce Platform—and will be deployed globally by Accenture.
The Adecco Group will leverage Talent Rover’s application tracking system, availability management and placement, as well as integrated search and match capabilities, for the solution. Recruiters will be able to manage the entire candidate journey using Talent Rover with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and with Salesforce Einstein artificial intelligence, fulfill staffing requests faster and more accurately, and gain full visibility into supply and demand.
