Spring Professional, a Division of the Adecco Group, Selects Talent Rover for Recruitment Solution
Adecco Group Subsidiary Chooses Talent Rover to Power Staffing and Recruitment Across Asia
Talent Rover, provider of cloud-based software built for managing the entire staffing and recruitment workflow, announced today that Spring Professional, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Adecco Group, the world’s largest human resources organization, has selected Talent Rover to power its operations across Asia.
An international firm specializing in information technology, engineering and property and construction recruitment, Spring Professional focuses exclusively on the recruitment of middle to senior level management and specialists. Since launching regionally in March 2013, Spring Professional Asia has established offices and teams of recruiters in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Japan.
With multiple languages, currencies and labour regulations to contend with, Spring Professional needed a recruitment solution that could meet local requirements while unifying the company through a single CRM, ATS and workflow. Given the company’s reach, a cloud-based solution was deemed crucial for minimizing IT costs and providing recruiters with a reliable user experience across Spring Professional’s nine offices in Asia.
Talent Rover met Spring Professional’s demand for a software solution that could support rapid regional expansion. Talent Rover’s intuitive user experience and full functionality from any mobile device made the solution stand out from the competition. Spring Professional’s executives also saw opportunities to regularly analyse data and improve strategy using Talent Rover’s simple drag-and-drop report builders. By consolidating nearly every tool a recruiter needs into a single software solution, Talent Rover showed the highest potential to improve performance while saving time and costs.
“We wanted a recruitment software that would give our recruiters a competitive edge, and Talent Rover presented a solution that we felt could work well across the Asia region,” said Serge Shine, Managing Director, Spring Professional Asia (ex-Japan). “Our leadership team is excited to have recruitment technology that can keep up with our growth across Asia, and match our drive to provide clients and candidates with outstanding service.”
“We are very excited to welcome Spring Professional to Talent Rover, and we are committed to supporting their success throughout Asia-Pacific,” said Brandon Metcalf, COO of Talent Rover. “Our cloud-based solution is uniquely capable of powering recruitment anywhere in the world, and the APAC region has become a prime focus for our company. Our Hong Kong office will be dedicated to serving clients throughout the region and fostering the growth of the recruitment industry in the world’s most dynamic economies.”
