Talent Rover SOC 2 Type 2 Report Finds Zero Exceptions

Talent Rover, the comprehensive software platform that modernizes the staffing and recruitment industry, announced that the company has achieved zero exceptions on its Service Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type 2 Report. The audit verifies that Talent Rover has met the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant’s (AICPA) standards for non-financial reporting controls at service organizations.
Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP completed Talent Rover’s SOC 2 Type 2 Report. The auditors examined Talent Rover’s reporting controls as they relate to the AICPA’s Trust Services Principles and Criteria (TSP): Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy. SOC 2 Type 2 assesses both the operating effectiveness of these controls and the company’s adherence to them.
The audit found zero exceptions, meaning that Talent Rover flawlessly upheld all policies and procedures put in place to safeguard client data. The auditors also affirmed that Talent Rover’s controls were suitably designed and operating effectively to meet the applicable trust services criteria throughout the examination period.
